Discover Whangamata wanted to revitalise their identity with a vibrant, cohesive brand and a professional online presence. The existing brand was outdated and lacked vibrancy, and there was no website. Designed a fresh, modern logo capturing the spirit of Whangamata.

  • Developed a consistent visual identity including colour palette, typography, and style guidelines.

Website:

  • Built a fully responsive, user-friendly website showcasing local attractions, events, and community links.

  • This was built on Rocketspark's platform to provide the end users a friendly interface to keep the site updated and functional.

Press/Marketing Materials:

  • Developed press-ready assets aligned with the new branding.

  • Produced materials for local and regional promotion, helping raise awareness of Whangamata as a tourism destination.

  • Strengthened overall marketing cohesion across online, print, and media channels.

Collateral:

  • Designed business cards and branded signage that carried the new identity through every customer touchpoint.

Added Solutions

As part of the rollout, we coordinated a local launch in the Whangamata News and provided a practical guide to support the team in managing their new digital presence — including setting up professional email addresses, domain hosting, and Google Analytics. We also helped align their Facebook and Instagram accounts under the refreshed brand to ensure consistency across all channels.
